Outsourced Print Buying Service
Insuffucient budget for a permanent hire to buy print for your organisation? Require print-buying cover for maternity leave or another absence? In a start-up or rapid expansion phase and need to manage all permanent hire costs tightly (for now at least)? Need somebody to work on a special print project or two? Then look no further because Sentio Print and Multimedia is able to offer just such a service, namely that of an interim Print Buyer for your organisation. What this means in practice is that we will source print for you on a fixed term basis, working in your office from upwards of half a day per week. We can also work remotely from our offices in Oxfordshire if you need the space!
We can help you in all manner of ways, including reviewing your marketing strategy, your annual print spend and budget and determining where economies may be found (without compromising on quality, of course). We can also project manage large campaigns for you where timescales are tight and multi-site distribution is necessary. Working closely with your in-house or external designers as well as sourcing free samples and dummy services, we will ensure that all of your print projects are carefully managed from conception to (exceptionally cost-effective) delivery. Remember that we have a wealth of experience in all sorts of print (digital, litho, large format, larger run web print and POS for the more technically-minded) so no such interim assignment is deemed too complex or daunting.

What do we Print?
Brochures – these include catalogues, report and accounts, product manuals, order of services, service menus, books instruction manuals business and charity reports, training manuals to high quality sales brochures.
Leaflets -Flyers,Inserts and Posters, these can be folded from A4 to A5, A5 to A6 and trifold to DL size. We can supply any size and any quantity from 200 lealfets to 550,000 leaflets.
Business Stationery – here we source everything from folders, letterheads, continuation sheets to compliment slips and of course the most important piece of marketing, the business card.
Point of Sale -retail ticketing comes in all sizes and shapes from small swing tickets to large overhead graphics, totems, autopoles and waterfall displays. We can print on all sorts of materials from vinyls to silks and boards.
Packaging - this is very specialised and but we have successfully produced luxury packaging for the Christmas, Mother’s Day and St.Valentine’s markets for a wide selection of our clients.
Promotional Merchandise – this is a growing market and we supply everything from pens and pencils, mugs, t-shirts and USB sticks to diaries. We can pretty much source everything and anything and love the challenge of sourcing unusual products.
Exhibition Stands and merchandise - we source a great deal of exhibition stands from low budget pop-ups and roller banners to medium-priced banners and shell stands and beyond. We have also sourced advertising hoardings for new shopping centres.
