Key objectives for Stratford Preparatory School
- To engage with existing and new parents giving a clear message of what is happening in the school and worthy news items
- To increase the Stratford Preparatory School brand in Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding area.
- Increasing pupil enrolment in all areas of the school from the Nursery to the Prep School.
- To create brand guidelines and be the brand ambassador for the school
- Create engaging content and marketing materials to inform and promote the school
- To work on all social media channels Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. These accounts were refreshed with all working links and biography and correct contact details.
- Regular and informative posts were scheduled using the Meta Business Suite and Twitter dashboard
- Created Mailchimp account to set up email marketing campaigns and use these to send out information to new parents on Open Mornings and end of term newsletters and any up-and-coming events we need to inform parents about.
- The website was completely overhauled and was a bespoke software already existing website. We quickly “got up to speed” with the software and started adding banners, social media icons and accounts, blogs/news items. We also linked all the MailChimp and Google Analytics accounts to the backend of the website so we could track visits and from where they were coming from.
